  • Are all your products Paraben Free?
    Yes all our products are paraben free, organic and vegan friendly.
  • What is the best advice for looking after your skin on a weekly basis?
    Keep it simple, exfoliate twice a week. Cleanse, tone, Use a Serum, Eye Cream & Moisturise Morning and Evening.
  • Are your products suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians?
    Yes our products are suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
  • What are the benefits of AHAs in my skincare routine?
    AHAs (Alpha Hydroxy Acids) have many benefits, they exfoliate, brighten, plump and smooth; reduce fine lines and wrinkles.
  • What is the benefit of retinol?
    Retinol helps boost collagen, reduces fine lines and wrinkles.
  • What is the shelf life of your serum?
    30 months unopened. 6 months opened.
  • Can I use the serum night and day?
    Yes you can use daytime under your moisturiser or on it's own and nightime either on it's own or combine with our Day/Night Absolute Moisturiser.
  • Do your products contain sunscreen?
    No our serum doesn't contain a sunscreen. Apply your sunscreen separately after your moisturiser. It's best to keep sunscreeen and moisturiser separate as if added together in a product the SPF gets diluted. We recommend a layering order: Cleanse, Moisturise, Medicate, Protect
  • Are your products suitable for sensitive skin, prone to breakouts?"
    Yes they are safe to use as are all natural, non toxic and organic ingredients.
  • Can you recommend any skincare ingredients for dark circles?
    Hyaluronic acid locks in moisture plumping and hydrating the delicate eye area. Green tea extract makes the skin appear fuller, tighter and brighter.
  • Can Vitamin C be used in a moisturiser?
    Vitamin C is a beneficial ingredient in moisturisers. It stimulates collagen production and helps to give your skin a plump even glowing appearance.
  • Which products should I use for dry sensitive skin?
    All NectureSkin products are suitable for dry sensitive skin.
  • What helps make your skin glow?
    Vitamin C helps to give your skin an even glowing appearance. It's also an antioxidant so protects your skin from environmental damage.
  • Is Marula Oil good for dry and sensitive skin
    Marula oil is great for reducing redness and hydrating dry and irritated skin.
