Yes you can use daytime under your moisturiser or on it's own and nightime either on it's own or combine with our Day/Night Absolute Moisturiser.

No our serum doesn't contain a sunscreen. Apply your sunscreen separately after your moisturiser. It's best to keep sunscreeen and moisturiser separate as if added together in a product the SPF gets diluted.
